A first prize recipient of the Ruth Widder String Quartet Competition, Yuyu has performed in major festivals including the Robert Mann String Quartet Institute, Aspen Music Festival, Sarasota Music Festival, and Pacific Music Festival where she was concertmaster. This summer, Yuyu will appear at the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival and Chelsea Music Festival.
As an educator, she is on faculty of the FMDG Music School and previously taught for Juilliard’s Music Advancement Program and the Artists Program Chamber Music Festival.
Yuyu holds degrees from Juilliard and Oberlin Conservatory, as well as a bachelors in biology from Oberlin College.
